What do you think of the administration’s plan to prevent ebola from becoming a national security threat?

So far, so good. The response to date has been sufficient to minimize risk of infection in the United States.

Too little, too late. We should have acted more quickly to keep ebola patients out of the country.

More needs to be done to keep Americans safe, especially at airports and at border crossings.

Not our job. Other organizations should be preventing the spread of ebola beyond Africa.

1. GET OUR TROOPS HOME
2. Send a Hospital ship as an interim step
3. Take the additional resources that we spent on all the ebola
hospitals in the US to create an effective center in each country.
4. Follow the lead of England and France and Keep edola out of the US

Just like everything else, this administration has failed in just about every single issue it has faced since being elected in 2008!!

What plan, just like everything else im sure they found out about it on the news. The plan is probably to let EBOLA distract Americans away from the other things that this administration is screwing up. NUFF SAID.

There are other ways to " fight" Ebola than sending troops into
harms way.

The threat of ebola is a great threat, they are spending millions at our airports, but they can just walk in at our borders. not only can they walk in but the Isis can also, I think closing our borders is the number one thing that should be done, if we don't all hell is going to break lose in this country, The ones here that wants to join Isis want have to go over there, they can join right here in America. make a note to what I just wrote.

A little too late! It's just another Government conspiracy just like AIDS, the Bird Flu, Hantavirus etc... Bio Warfare to control population and diversity.

THERE IS NO REAL THREAT. MANY OF US HAVE BEEN IN THIRD WORLD COUNTRIES. HAD THEY SANITARY CONDITIONS LIKE WE HAVE, THE DISEASE WOULD NOT BE AS RAMPANT. THIS IS JUST ANOTHER OF THE OVERBLOWN SCARES COMING FROM THE LIBERAL PRESS.

Ebola has been a problem in Africa since 1976. Why is it just now beginning to be a problem elsewhere? Could it be that the drug companies could not see a profit in Africa and had to expand the market? Could it be that the present administration wants to create an epidemic in America so martial law can be established (for protection, of course) and elections postponed until further notice? It all seems a little confusing.

What plan, what action? Our troops are needed for national defense. Anyone can put up tents, buildings and sanitary areas.

These are Humanitarian Airlifts. Been going on since the Berlin Airlift. 70+ years. We have many other units in the world, at present, doing their best, ABOVE AND BEYOND.

THE SKY IS FALLING, THE SKY IS FALLING, more Chicken Little responses to make the Pharmaceutical companies rich. Just like ISIS, One American gets beheaded and the Merchants of Death are starting to beat the war drums. And its not liberal media who started the drums, more Fox News BS.
We don't have a democracy but a Kleptocracy, alternatively cleptocracy or kleptarchy, is a form of political and government corruption where the government exists to increase the personal wealth and political power of its officials and the ruling class at the expense of the wider population, often with pretense of honest service.

That Fox news BS you talk about is the only news coverage that tells the truth to the American people. Better get your head out of a dark place !!

If our governments handles it as well as they handled Hurricane Katrina should we have to worry? I think so, they talk big like they can control it, but the bottom line... its all talk designed for votes. One only has to go to the Emergency wing of almost any large city hospital in the U.S.A. and you will already find a 3rd world health service. We have children running our country. Sorry but that's the way I see it.

It seems that anything that our government gets involved in goes bad. They talk like they have all the answers, but they don't seem to be very bright. All of the issues that are causing problems in this country are really our own fault. We keep reelecting morons based on political affiliation. What a shame.
