William M. Hoover

William M. Hoover, 72, formerly of Grantville, passed away Monday, July 27, 2015, in Twin Oaks Health and Rehabilitation, Campbelltown. Born Oct. 7, 1942, in Hershey, he was a son of the late Wilson and Dorothy (Lear) Hoover and also preceded in death by a brother, Marlin Hoover. He retired from Tyco as a design draftsman and was a U.S. Air Force veteran of the Vietnam War. A member of Linglestown American Legion Post 272, he was a life member of Shellsville VFW Post 9639. Surviving are his siblings G. Robert Hoover, Karl Hoover, Galen Hoover and Nancy Gingrich; niece Lisa Burr; nephews Justin, Brent and Brian Hoover, and Christopher and Eric Rademacher. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice for All Seasons, 280 South Hill Drive, Grantville, PA 17028.
