Implementation of the new “VOW to Hire Heroes Act of 2011” is being reviewed today by a House Veterans Affairs Committee subcommittee. Legion legislative staff is there to monitor the hearing. The legislation, just signed into law by President Obama on Nov. 21, provides tax credits to employers who hire veterans.
