Richard Dumancas of the Veterans Affairs & Rehabilitation Division is traveling to the VA Regional Office in Salt Lake City, Utah, for a site visit. The VARO will demonstrate the new Veterans Benefits Management System and discuss the adjudication of Benefits Delivery at Discharge claims.
