Duane W. Neuman of Colby, Wis.

Duane W. Neuman of Post 358 (Department of Wisconsin) passed away Jan. 2 at 80. He was a Korean War Marine Corps veteran. Mr. Neuman served as department commander from 1983 to 1984, department vice commander from 1981 to 1982, and National Counter-Subversive Activities Committee consultant from 1995 to 2010.

Ralph J. Reel of Post 113 (Department of Tennessee) passed away Jan. 1 at 86. He was a World War II and Korean War Army veteran. Mr. Reel served as department commander from 1993 to 1994, department vice commander from 1969 to 1970, National Executive Committee alternate member from 1998 to 2000, National Americanism Council vice chairman from 1994 to 1995 and 2009 to 2010, National Executive Committee member from 2002 to 2004, National Foreign Relations Council vice chairman from 1991 to 1993, National Legislative Commission liaison committee member from 2002 to 2004, National Public Relations Commission member from 1997 to 2002 and 2004 to 2006, National Security Training Committee member from 1958 to 1962, and National Vice Commander from 1995 to 1996.

Willard W. Brandt of Lodi, Calif.

Willard W. Brandt of Post 54 (Department of North Dakota) passed away Nov. 25, 2012, at 90. He was a World War II Army veteran. Mr. Brandt served as department commander from 1958 to 1959, department vice commander from 1954 to 1955, National Americanism Commission vice chairman from 1960 to 1962, and National vice commander from 1959 to 1960.
