Family & Youth Support Center

Since 1952, The American Legion in Allegheny County ‘has been celebrating and recognizing the excellence of high school students.’

When nearly 3,000 Iowa National Guardsmen were deployed, the state’s American Legion Family stepped up for the servicemembers and their loved ones.

Nearly 200 spouses of servicemembers gained insight and traded advice during Military.com's annual two-day event.

The American Legion Family and Youth Support Center provides immediate assistance, financially and emotionally, to service personnel and their families whose lives have been directly affected by Operation Iraqi Freedom and America's war on terror.
