Flag to be at half-staff

As a mark of respect for the memory and long-standing service of Sen. Robert C. Byrd, President Obama has ordered that the United States flag be displayed at half-staff through July 3, returned to full staff on July 4, and back to half-staff until sunset on the day of Byrd's interment, July 6.
