The 2013 International Conference on World War II will be streamed live online, free of charge, Thursday through Saturday, Nov. 21-23, from New Orleans. Presenters include authors Rick Atkinson, Paul Kennedy and Donald Miller, as well as Gen. David Petraeus, former director of the CIA.
