2016 Spring Meetings resolutions on Digital Archive

While gathered at National Headquarters in Indianapolis May 4-5 for the 2016 Spring Meetings, the National Executive Committee passed 31 resolutions covering a variety of topics, including eligibility changes to the Legion's Legacy Scholarship.
