Legacy Run will leave Indianapolis Aug. 18 and arrive in the Houston area Aug. 22, traveling through Illinois, Missouri and Oklahoma in the process.
ALR Facebook page not only provides information, but gives opportunity for Riders across the country to share their stories.
American Legion Riders chapters are well known for their charitable work, which has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for local children's hospitals, schools, veterans homes, severely wounded servicemembers and scholarships.
