Purpose
- To work in concert with all American Legion commissions and committees to build awareness and support for the mission and programs of The American Legion;
- To promote same to active-duty military, Guard and reserve components, military veterans and retirees, and the general public;
- Such other purposes as may be assigned to it by the National Executive Committee.

To oversee the operation of the Emblem Division and submit recommendations dealing with changes and general policy to the National Executive Committee;
