CWF: apply for a grant

American Legion Child Welfare Foundation (CWF) grant applications for 2022 are online at cwf-inc.org. To be considered for a 2022 CWF grant, applications must be received at American Legion National Headquarters no later than July 15, 2021.

CWF accepts funding proposals from nonprofits for projects that contribute to the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual welfare of children. Grants are only given to entities that help U.S. children in a large geographic area; they are not awarded for day-to-day or special operating expenses.

REMINDER

The 2020-2021 CWF program year runs through May 31, 2021. Departments, posts, detachments and squadrons that wish to donate and receive credit for the 2020-2021 program year should ensure their donations are received at National Headquarters no later than Monday, May 31, or made online at legion.org/donate.
