"Bill" Oxford sends holiday greetings to Legionnaires, members of the American Legion Family, and active-duty servicemembers and their families. Oxford also sends holiday greetings to veterans in nursing homes and at VA medical centers. With visitation restrictions in place because of COVID-19, Oxford asks the veterans to "keep the faith that next year your loved ones and friends, and the American Legion Family can meet with you in person."
