Convention preview: Sept. 1

The 103rd American Legion National Convention in Milwaukee wraps up today, with the second day of the VE&E credentialing/education summit and the third day of the general session, which will feature:

- the presentation of the Fourth Estate Awards;

- more commission reports;

- and ending with the election of the 2022-2023 national commander and national officers.
