Your MyLegion.org training tools

The new MyLegion.org went live April 1. Training resources are available on www.MyLegion.org to help registered users navigate the new system, and access the membership tools available.

On the HOW TO USE MYLEGION.ORG page (mylegion.org/PersonifyEbusiness/Resources/Help), you will find the following tabs that provide details on how to use MyLegion.org.

My Account. Current registered members can find account help with:
- Address
- Email
- Membership card
- Discounts
- Membership renewal
- Login password and username
- Subscription management

MyLegion.org Video Training Series. The five videos share how to:
1. Get started on MyLegion.org
2. Manage your myLegion.org account
3. Manage your groups
4. Process membership
5. Create group administrative tasks

My Groups. American Legion and Sons officers can learn how to:
- Assign group permission
- Email members
- Conduct a global member search
- Manage member information
- Process membership
- Create reports and labels
- View members
- Print member rosters
- Access brochures, officer manuals and speeches
- Access the Consolidated Post Report and Consolidated
   Squadron Report

Known Issues. The new MyLegion.org rollout April 1 resulted in some data and workflow issues. Those issues are being addressed and fixed as quickly as possible. You can click the Known Issues tab to stay updated on when issues have been fixed and for an estimated time of when they will be. If you are still having trouble with an issue that is marked as resolved, please email cs2@legion.org.
