The 2023-2024 membership target dates are:

50% - Sept. 13, 2023

55% - Oct. 18, 2023

65% - Nov. 15, 2023

75% - Dec. 13, 2023

80% - Jan. 18, 2024

85% - Feb. 14, 2024

90% - March 13, 2024

95% - April 10, 2024

100% - May 15, 2024
