Fall Meetings underway next week

The American Legion’s annual Fall Meetings get underway next week where National Commander Daniel J. Seehafer and Legion leadership from departments will convene in Indianapolis Oct. 9-12.

The American Legion's various commissions and committees will meet to discuss their respective programs, review resolutions, and prepare reports that will be delivered to the National Executive Committee (NEC).

The NEC will meet Oct. 11-12 at National Headquarters. American Legion National Commander Dan Seehafer will speak Wednesday morning at the NEC Fall Meetings. Watch his speech and the rest of the meeting live on the Legion Facebook HQ page or the Legion's YouTube page.

During Fall Meetings, the 2023 Samsung American Legion Scholarship recipients will be awarded. The scholarship is awarded to eligible participants of American Legion Boys Nation and Auxiliary Girls Nation.
