Hawaii post gives out high school awards

Department of Hawaii alternate NECman Charles "Chuck" Patterson helped John R. Rowe American Legion Post 17 of Honolulu present several awards to some top-notch students at Punahou High School in Honolulu. It was nice to know that many of these kids are going into the various military branches, and several are on their way to our country's service academies. One student received a 180k ROTC scholarship.
