N3TAL to conduct Peace Cross special event station

N3TAL will sponsor a special event station to commemorate the 97th anniversary of the dedication of “THE PEACE CROSS.” This SE will be held on Tuesday, July 12, from 1800Z to 2200Z on 7.275 MHz +/-5 kH. Per the N3TAL QRZ.com page (https://www.qrz.com/db/n3tal):

The Peace Cross is a World War I memorial located in Bladensburg, Md. Standing 40 feet in height, the large cross was commissioned by The American Legion to commemorate 49 local servicemen from Prince George's County who died during World War I. The names of the men are listed on a plaque at the base of the cross in alphabetical order. The formal dedication ceremony took place on July 12, 1925.
