American Legion Baseball players' statistics from regionals and the World Series reveal the names of those leading in hits, RBIs, strikeouts and more.
American Legion Baseball wrapped up its 84th season with its World Series in Spokane, Wash., at Avista Stadium, Aug. 13-17, with eight regional tournament champion teams. After 15 games that kept fans on the edges of their seats, Midwest City, Okla., "Outlaws" Post 170 claimed the World Series title while Eden Prairie, Minn., finished runner-up. Even though the Outlaws took home the winning trophy, many players from the eight teams were winners for their baseball prowess.
After the conclusion of the World Series, players' statistics from both regionals and the World Series were tallied in order to recognize the leaders in categories such as hits, home runs, strikeouts and more.
