The American Legion and PRAY.COM are collaborating on a nationwide survey related to mental wellness.
PRAY.COM is seeking veterans, military members and their family members to participate in a brief survey. The purpose of the survey is to collect information from respondents about their perceptions of faith-based practices for mental health and well-being, mental health care, digitally delivered faith practices, church attendance, and social connectedness.
All information will be kept confidential, participation is voluntary and participants have the option to opt into a drawing for a chance to win one of 100 $20 Amazon e-gift cards.
