106th convention culminates with election of new national commander.
Thursday, Aug. 28, is the final day of general sessions for the 106th American Legion National Convention in Tampa, Fla. The session will be streamed live starting at 8:30 a.m. on The American Legion’s YouTube page. The schedule is dominated by the presentation of the Fourth Estate Awards and the election of the 2025-2026 American Legion national commander.
