On Saturday, Aug. 29, the Louisville City FC professional soccer team will play Detroit City FC at Lynn Family Stadium, adjacent to downtown. The game begins at 8 p.m.; discounted tickets are available to American Legion convention attendees and can be purchased here or via the Information for Attendees page of the national website.
Another new link on the information page is a flyer for events and meal options at Lawrence Capehart Post 35, right across the Ohio River in Jeffersonville, Ind. Complimentary shuttle service will be provided.
