American Legion Post 70 in Nutley, N.J.
The reconstructed Model T – known as "The Brass Hat" to members of American Legion Post 70 in Nutley, N.J., since its roof was brass – accompanied Post 70’s drum corps members to parades and was used for advertising events in Nutley. The car was destroyed in a fire on Fifth Avenue in New York City during The American Legion’s 1937 national convention parade.
