A collection of past national commander coins will be raffled off during national convention.
If you will be in Tampa, Fla., for the 106th National Convention of The American Legion, visit the Veterans & Children Foundation Booth No. 407 in the Exhibit Hall of the Tampa Convention Center. A coin box filled with challenge coins of American Legion past national commanders will be raffled off.
Raffle tickets purchased support The American Legion Veterans & Children Foundation.
The foundation provides one-time Temporary Financial Assistance grants of up to $2,500 for active-duty military families and Legion members with young children in the home who are experiencing financial hardship. And it trains American Legion accredited service officers who provide benefits claims assistance for veterans and their families, free of charge.
