This Sept. 11 marks the 25th anniversary of the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center, Pentagon and Flight 93 where nearly 3,000 lives were lost. It’s a moment in America’s history that the American Legion Family continues to remember and ensure that their community never forgets the lives lost that day or the 7,000 servicemembers lost fighting in the global war on terrorism following the attacks.
