The American Legion’s next one-hour virtual Training Tuesday will be March 31 on resolutions. The training will be presented by American Legion Department of Alabama Junior Vice Commander Paul Gonthier.

Participants will review the resolutions process from developing ideas and crafting clear Whereas and Resolve clauses, to socializing drafts, gathering support and moving resolutions forward. The session will highlight best practices, common challenges, and practical next steps you can apply in your posts, districts and departments.
Participants will receive:
- A refreshed roadmap for writing and refining resolutions
- Strategies for effective socialization and support building
- Examples of successful implementation
- Confidence in using resolutions as tools for leadership and advocacy
