Wreaths laid, ceremonies marked in multiple locations in Germany.
David Chavez Post 1982 of Ansbach, Germany, took part in multiple Veterans Day observances in locations throughout Germany in November.
Ken Aungst, Dennis Aungst and Fred Haverly laid a wreath at the Storck Barracks Memorial Park in Illesheim.
The group and others also attended a ceremony at Katterbach Army Airfield. The Ansbach High School JROTC provided the color guard for the ceremony. Herb Hall, a member of both the VFW and The American Legion, read the poem "In Flanders Field."
