Meeting, officer installation set for Aug. 31, during the national convention.
The FODPAL Breakfast and officer installation, held each year during the American Legion national convention, has been set for Monday, Aug. 31, at 7 a.m. sharp in Breathitt, 2nd Floor, East Tower of the Galt House Hotel in Louisville, Ky.
In his release of the reservation form, Breakfast Chairman and Past National Vice Commander Doug Haggan stated, “This is the biggest event of the year for FODPAL. It has become ‘the showcase’ of the national convention.” Pre-reservations help estimate the number of attendees for planning. The election and installation of the 2026-2027 FODPAL officers will also take place, as well as a raffle of items from FODPAL departments around the world.
Tickets will be issued at the convention site starting on Saturday, Aug. 29. The cost is $40 per person. The form below can be printed and mailed in. For more information, email dhaggan@sbcglobal.net.
