Wilderness Road ARC at American Legion Post 46 in Danville, Ky., has suspended its monthly D-STAR net pending new volunteer net control operator.

Further announcements celebrated August events with American Legion Baseball regional tournaments; the coming American Legion Baseball World Series Aug. 11-16 at Keeter Stadium in Shelby, NC; the American Legion Legacy Run from Mobile, Ala., to Milwaukee Aug. 21-25; and the 103rd American Legion National Convention Aug. 26 to Sept. 1.
