New how-to section makes it easier to navigate through Library of Congress site.
Have you heard about a piece of legislation moving through Congress and want to learn more about it? Do you want to know who supports a flag-protection amendment, concurrent receipt or Medicare reimbursement?
The answers to all of these questions can be found at a Web site called THOMAS. The site is administered by the Library of Congress and provides legislative information to any and all interested persons or organizations. But you may still have questions once you get to the site.
Those questions can be answered through a new feature on the Legislative Action Center. How to Use Thomas will guide you through the site and make getting the information you want that much easier. The first three installments are already posted; more will follow.
