Update to TFA policy, celebrating upcoming national anniversaries included.
The 18 resolutions passed by the National Executive Committee in Indianapolis in early May have been posted to the American Legion Digital Archive.
Among the resolutions:
No. 14, updating grant amounts and parameters for the Temporary Financial Assistance (TFA) program:
No. 5, encouraging active participation by The American Legion in commissions to enhance state and local efforts to celebrate America’s 250 birthday;
No. 6, encouraging the same, on every level, for the celebrations of the 250th birthdays of the U.S. Army, Navy and Marine Corps
