Already in March, the Tango Alpha Lima podcast has set a record for the highest number of downloads. Check out this week’s episode to discover what the buzz is all about.

It took less than five full days for March to record the highest number of monthly downloads of The American Legion’s Tango Alpha Lima podcast. As of March 8, there were more than 2,300 total downloads, surpassing the previous high of 2,133 in August 2020.

Additionally, last week’s episode has the most downloads of any individual episode. It featured Theresa Larson, a Marine combat veteran and former professional softball player, who now helps veterans and others with her movement therapy practice.

But those milestones aren’t stopping podcast co-hosts Mark Seavey, Jeff Daly and Ashley Gorbulja-Maldonado who return this week to discuss a range of hot topics in the veterans community. Check out the new episode, available for download here.

Among the topics:

• Why are national Guardsmen being provided undercooked, raw and/or moldy food?

• The launch of the new American Legion 100 Miles for Hope. Registration is open now and you can learn more at the new web page.

• A special 100th birthday celebration for Julia Parsons, a World War II code breaker as a member of the Navy WAVES.
