American Legion Post 15 in Decatur hosting revitalization and benefits assistance effort Sept. 13.
The American Legion Department of Alabama is staging a veteran outreach and post revitalization effort Sept. 13 in the Blount, Cullman, Limestone, Madison, and Morgan counties area. Veterans in and around Decatur are invited to discuss veterans’ benefits, and learn about the Legion’s legislative efforts, membership opportunities and service to the community.
The effort will take place from 10 a.m.-noon at American Legion Post 15, 2607 Highway 31 South, Decatur.
