Post 146 in Bethlehem providing opportunity to learn about American Legion programs, potential veterans’ benefits on Oct. 5.
The American Legion Department of Connecticut is staging a veterans outreach and post revitalization effort Oct. 5 in Bethlehem, Conn. Veterans in and around Litchfield County are invited to discuss veterans’ benefits, and learn about the Legion’s legislative efforts, membership opportunities and service to the community.
The effort will take place from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. at American Legion Post 146, 22 Main St. South, Bethlehem. American Legion members will be on hand to discuss veterans’ benefits, VA benefits and membership, and conduct training.
