On the penultimate day of competition at the 2026 Winter Olympics, one of the servicemembers competing for Team USA captured a podium finish.
Air Force Senior Airman Jasmine Jones earned a bronze medal as teammate of Kaillie Armbruster-Humphries in Saturday’s two-woman bobsled. Armbruster-Humphries, who also won bronze in the monobob, piloted the duo to a total time of 3:49.21 across their four runs. Germany’s Laura Nolte and Deborah Levi won the gold in 3:48.46 and Germany’s Lisa Buckwitz and Neele Schuten won silver in 3:48.99.
Army Spc. Azaria Hill and pilot Kaysha Love finished fifth in the two-woman bobsled with an overall time of 3:49.71.
Army Sgt. Frank Del Duca and teammates Boone Niederhofer, Bryan Sosoo and Josh Williamson finished 12th in Sunday’s four-man bobsled. Their combined time over four runs was 3:40.06.
Army Sgt. Ben Loomis and teammate Niklas Malacinski finished 7th in Thursday’s Nordic combined team sprint with a time of 43:42.8.
