News

Join The American Legion podcast co-hosts for an episode packed with history, reflection and inspiration.

Debuting on Veterans Day, this week’s American Legion Tango Alpha Lima podcast focuses on the holiday, how the original Armistice Day led to the Legion’s founding and, of course, this year’s Veterans Day.

The special episode is part history lesson, part reflection, part inspirational and all entertainment by the co-hosts. They even work in a “Ghostbusters” reference in an unanticipated audio interruption.

Tune in by downloading and listening to the new episode, or watch the YouTube version, at legion.org/tangoalphalima. You can also go back to check out previous episodes at that web page.

And we would be remiss in not offering Happy Veterans Day greetings to all veterans listening and watching, as well as our co-hosts:

• Mark Seavey, an Army combat veteran and member of American Legion Post 83, Mathews, Va.

• Jeff Daly, a Marine Corps veteran and member of American Legion Post 43 in Hollywood, Calif.

• Ashley Gorbulja-Maldonado, an Army National Guard and member of Dyer-Gunnell American Legion Post 180 in Vienna, Va.

Don’t forget to rate and review the podcast on iTunes, Spotify, Stitcher or other platform-hosting sites. That helps others with an interest in military topics, veterans issues and patriotism find Tango Alpha Lima.
