Connect with American Legion Fund Development at national convention

Staff will be accessible in Exhibit Hall, dedicated lounge.

During the 107th American Legion National Convention – to be held at the Kentucky International Convention Center (KICC) in downtown Louisville Aug. 28 through Sept. 3 – attendees will have multiple opportunities to meet and talk with the staff of the Legion’s Office of Fund Development.

The 1919 Society Lounge will be open each day from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. in M115, Main Concourse of the  KICC. There you can ask questions, become acquainted and receive additional information about giving to the 501(c)3 American Legion Charities and joining the 1919 Society.

The restored military Humvee at the heart of the Drive 4 Freedom campaign will be on display inside the Exhibit Hall, located in Hall B, Upper Concourse of the KICC. Staff members will be on hand to talk about how the campaign supports the Legion's mission of serving veterans, military families and communities.

You can also visit the American Legion Child Well-being Foundation’s (CWF’s) booth in the Exhibit Hall to learn more about how it contributes to the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual welfare of children and youth by aiding progress in the field of child welfare through research, studies, surveys, projects, or by supporting programs and activities benefiting the welfare of children and youth. The CWF’s booth number is 400, and that of the Veterans & Children Foundation (VCF) 404.
