If you're attending the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally in South Dakota, be sure to stop by The American Legion's Drive 4 Freedom Humvee activation during Harley-Davidson's Military & First Responders Day on Tuesday, Aug. 11. Come meet The American Legion’s Madison Kelleher, Director of Development, and Stacy Cope, Donor Stewardship & Foundation Coordinator, learn about the Drive 4 Freedom campaign, see the restored military Humvee up close, and discover how the campaign supports The American Legion's mission of serving veterans, military families and communities.
Highlights of the day include:
· A FREE pancake breakfast to kick off the celebration.
· The opportunity to meet fellow veterans, first responders, Legion Riders and Harley-Davidson enthusiasts.
· The chance to pick up one of our limited-edition America 250 challenge coins and patches (available while supplies last).
· A patriotic 2 p.m. flyover and ceremonial presentation honoring our nation's military and first responders.
· An opportunity to learn more about the partnership between Harley-Davidson and The American Legion as we celebrate service, freedom and the veteran community together.
