American Legion New Media Manager Mark Seavey will be blogging from the games at the Burn Pit.

American Legion New Media Manager Mark Seavey is in Colorado Spring, Colo., for the inaugural Warrior Games. He is providing antecdotes and human-interest stories from the games and their participants.

About 200 servicemembers with mostly combat-related injuries are participating in the paralympics-style competition, where the services compete against each other in events such as sitting volleyball, wheelchair basketball, archery, shooting and swimming.

Seavey will be blogging from the competition on the Burn Pit. Click here for the first installment and here for his second one.
