Billboard will be up throughout month of May.
Mark Skalka, a member of Rhen Hilkert American Legion Post 21 in Westville, Ind., has generously sponsored a local billboard advertisement to commemorate America 250 and Memorial Day, and to represent The American Legion, Post 21 and its membership with the approval of the post commander.
The billboard will appear in the Westville community for the month of May to honor and remember our fallen heroes and celebrate the semiquincentennial of our nation.
By National Executive Committee resolution, American Legion departments and posts are encouraged to connect with their state and local America250 commissions.
