The updated shirts support The American Legion’s celebration of America’s 250th birthday through fitness, mental wellness and community service.
Participants who register for The American Legion’s USA 250 Challenge will receive a new tech shirt to wear as you track 250 miles or hours through fitness, mental wellness and community service. Registered participants previously received cotton T-shirts.
The new tech shirts for adult come in white, navy and red and royal; not all sizes include the available colors. Adult sizes range from small to 3XL. Youth tech shirts come only in white and range in size from 2T to 7.
The Legion’s USA 250 Challenge is in celebration of America’s 250th birthday next year. Between now and July 4, 2026, registered participants of the challenge can engage in one or all three of the categories — fitness, mental wellness and community service — to complete 250 miles or hours. This also can be done as an individual or as part of a team.
Registration fee is $30. Proceeds benefit The American Legion Veterans & Children Foundation, which supports military families in need through a Temporary Financial Assistance grant, as well as covers the cost of training Legion service officers who provide VA benefits assistance to veterans free of charge.
