American Legion members will have opportunity to meet with members of Congress and hear from government officials before National Commander Dan K. Wiley delivers legislative testimony.

Members of The American Legion from across the nation and world are in Washington, D.C., this week for the organization’s 66th annual Washington Conference. A downloadable PDF of the Legion’s 2026 legislative agenda is available here to share with members of Congress.

On March 4 at 9:45 am ET, Wiley will head to the Dirksen Senate Office Building to share The American Legion’s legislative priorities with and answer questions from members of the Senate and House Committees on Veterans’ Affairs. Watch a live stream of Wiley’s testimony here.
