Legion hosting conference for women in Reno

The American Legion’s Women and Minority Veteran Outreach team will host The Conference For Women Aug. 21 at the Reno Sparks Convention Center.

The conference is an opportunity to participate in discussions, led by women who have discovered the keys to success. This comprehensive half-day program is designed to inspire and invigorate you.

Meet women from around the world who face the same challenges and levels of success that you experience. Exchange thoughts and ideas as you learn from the premier provider of corporate strategies on subjects like career coaching/mentorship, financial literacy, and professional growth and development.

The first session will take place from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., and a second session will be held from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Those who are interested in this free event are asked to register here in advance, as seating is limited.
