Membership effort coming to Hot Springs area in Wyoming

National staff is teaming up with Department of Wyoming Legionnaires for a district revitalization and membership outreach effort April 14 in the Hot Springs County area. All wartime veterans in the area are invited to attended.

The effort will take place from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. at Walter Haynes American Legion Post 18, 302 Broadway St., Thermopolis.

A veterans service officer will be available to assist with Department of Veterans Affairs-related issues and other veteras benefits assistance.
