Department of Oklahoma Legionnaires are staging a district revitalization and veteran outreach effort Sept. 26 in Idabel, Okla.
Veterans in the area are invited to the effort to learn about American Legion programs and potential veterans benefits. The effort will take place from 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Sept. 26 at the North Tower Conference Room of McCurtain Memorial Hospital, 1301 Lincoln Road, Idabel.
A veterans service officer will be available to assist with Department of Veterans Affairs-related issues and other veterans benefits-related questions.
