This memorial park is dedicated to the Gold Star Families whose loved ones serving in the U.S. military sacrificed their all for our freedoms. The park has an open playground area (for children 2-5); beautiful mature trees for sun protection and comfort; additional landscape, benches and bicycle racks; park lighting, water fountain and security bollards; art in public places; and a display at the park’s entrance. [Additional improvements include roadway upgrades with traffic-calming elements.]
