The Avenue of Flags Monument is at the center of Elmwood Cemetery in Sycamore, Illinois. It was erected in a joint effort by the Sycamore American Legion post 99, VFW post 5768, and The United Veterans Association (UVA) Post 1. It was dedicated on Veterans Day, November 11, 1983.
