
A single granite stone with a flag in the background and benches in the foreground, "Dedicated by the people of the greater Maurice community in gratitude and respect for the men and women who have proudly served in our nation's armed forces". The stone also lists the six men from the locality that made the supreme sacrifice, one during WWI, four during WWII and one during the Iraq conflict.
