Amite County Veterans Memorial

Amite County Veterans Memorial Located on the old Courthouse Square, Main Street, in Liberty, (Amite County) Mississippi. This monument was dedicated on Veterans Day, November 11, 1995. Inscription: “IN HONOR OF THE COURAGE, PATRIOTISM AND SACRIFICES OF AMITE COUNTY VETERANS ” The names of those veterans memorialized on the monument for making the ultimate sacrifice for America in WWI, WWII, Korea, Vietnam, Iraq (OIF) and in Afghanistan (OEF).
